- Every Doll After Hours order ships in unbranded, opaque packaging. There is no product name, no logo and no description of the contents anywhere on the outside, and the sender appears only as DAH on the label and on your card statement.
- How long does Doll After Hours take to ship?
- Doll After Hours orders leave the studio within one to two business days. Standard delivery within the United States takes a further two to seven business days, and express delivery takes one to three. Shipping is free on orders over $150.
- Can I return lingerie to Doll After Hours?
- Unworn Doll After Hours pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery with their tags and hygiene liner intact, and returns are free within the United States. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and bodysuits cannot be returned once the liner has been removed.
- What sizes does Doll After Hours carry?
- Doll After Hours carries XS through XL, cut to measurements taken from the finished garment rather than a generic block. Bust, waist and hip figures for every size are published in inches and centimetres on the size guide, along with how to measure yourself.
- What payment methods does Doll After Hours accept?
- Doll After Hours accepts major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and PayPal. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never reach our servers. Your statement shows DAH rather than the store name.
