Delivery windows begin the day an order leaves the studio, which is one to two business days after it is placed.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in unbranded, opaque packaging. There is no product name, no logo and no description of the contents anywhere on the outside. The sender shows as DAH on the shipping label, and DAH is what appears on your card statement.
Nothing inside identifies the contents from the exterior either — no window envelopes, no printed invoices visible through the packaging.
Returns
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with their tags and hygiene liner intact. Returns are free within the United States.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie and bodysuits cannot be returned once the liner has been removed. This is not a policy we can make exceptions to — it is what keeps every piece we ship genuinely new.
To start a return, reply to your order confirmation or email hello@dollafterdark.com with your order number. A prepaid label comes back within one business day.
Exchanges
There is no separate exchange process, and that is deliberate: ordering the size you want and returning the first arrives faster than waiting for us to receive one before sending the other.
